From Cappadocia's volcanic soils to Thrace's fertile plains, you'll discover the story behind each wine. During the tasting, you'll practice pairing with local cheeses, olives, and dried fruits. Our sommelier Hasan will explain each wine's grape variety, terroir, and ideal serving temperature. You'll learn wine tasting protocol at a professional level: visual inspection, aroma analysis, palate tasting. The evening concludes with wine and conversation overlooking the Galata Tower.
