Gong Bath & Crystal Sound Therapy

A deep cleansing session with the sound waves created by massive gongs and crystal singing bowls. Led by Gülşen Hoca with 3 different gongs and 7 crystal bowls, this session is the most intense form of sound therapy. The gong’s low-frequency waves penetrate deep into the body. The crystal bowls work at higher frequencies, bringing mental clarity. Together, they create an extraordinary sonic experience. A short breathing exercise is done before the session. Then you surrender to the sound waves for 45 minutes. 80% of participants describe the session as “the deepest relaxation I’ve ever experienced.”
