Authentic home cooking you won't find in any restaurant, at the table of a warm Turkish family. Zeynep Hanım and her family invite you to their historic home in Kuzguncuk. The menu consists of 5 seasonal courses: olive oil dishes, main course, rice pilaf, salad, and homemade dessert. Everything is prepared fresh that day with recipes from Zeynep Hanım's fifty-year-old recipe notebook. During dinner, you'll learn about Turkish dining etiquette, hospitality traditions, and hear three generations of family stories.
