Cezve & Chat: Deep Dive Coffee Workshop

Designed for those who want to understand Turkish coffee, not just drink it. This workshop covers everything from coffee history to roasting techniques and how different water temperatures affect taste. You'll compare and taste beans from three different regions and create your own blend. We'll discuss Ottoman coffeehouse culture, coffee's role in diplomacy, and how third-wave coffee meets Turkish coffee. In the second part, you'll try different brewing methods including classic cezve, sand brewing, and dibek coffee. Finally, everyone takes home a special coffee set with their own custom blend.
